Upgrading between products is the difference in price between the products plus a small upgrade charge to cover new documentation, shipping and handling.
"What happens
to my data when I upgrade? Will I have to start all over?"
No. All of our programs
share the same data structure making it extremely easy to upgrade.

difference between Personal Analyst and Professional Analyst?"
Pro Analyst is the leading real-time product for the Macintosh. Quotes, charts and analytics update continuously, every time a security trades. Pro Analyst provides market quotes for stocks, options and futures, as well as live charts, news, analysis and alerts. It was designed for active traders and the growing base of individual investors that feel the need to monitor the markets while they are open. Pro Analyst can produce charts from tick to minute to hourly to omonthly and virtually any time frame in between.
Personal Analyst was designed to be an end-of-day product. It can retrieve intraday prices, but they are snapshots of that day's activity. Personal Analyst can produce daily, weekly and monthly charts. If you work all day but understand the value that quality preparation can bring to the bottom line, then Personal Analyst is for you.
"I downloaded your Pro Analyst Demo. I need to do 10 minute chart. Can I do that?"
Yes, create a 5 minute chart. Move the cursor along the time line of the chart until it changes to a watch then click. The rest should be obvious. There are ways to automate this if you regularly create 10 minute charts of different symbols.
"I'm not sure
which program I should order?"

one of your software programs and decide its not right for me, how does the guarantee actually
work?"
Simply call us within
30 days of receipt and we will issue a return tracking number. The tracking number is valid for two weeks. Upon receipt of our materials we will
refund the full purchase price less shipping. No explanation is required but,
naturally, we would like to know why you chose not to keep the software.
"I have an
older Macintosh. What are the minimum system requirements to run your software?"
Our Mac OS products require
any PowerMac or better (i.e., PowerPC, iMac, G3 or G4) with System 7.5 or later.
Minimum memory is 8 MB of available RAM. This usually means a minimum
of 16 to 32 MB of total RAM.
Our OS X products require
any Mac capable of running Jaguar, Panther or Tiger (i.e., iMac, G3, G4 or G5)
